Smoky Mountain Fireplace uses the information you provide through our website inquiry form to respond to product questions, prepare quotes, discuss your project, and coordinate requested service.

What you provide

The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, request type, property address or delivery location, and project details. You may also provide a fireplace brand or model. Please do not include payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in your message.

Where requests go

Submitted requests are saved as private records in the SMF WordPress website for administrator review. A notification goes to smokymountainfireplace@gmail.com with a link to the request; the notification itself does not include your contact or project details. Our website hosting and email providers process information as part of providing those services.

How we use your information

We use inquiry details to answer your request and confirm matters such as product fit, availability, pricing, delivery, or service coverage. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, place an order, or confirm a service appointment.

Saved requests

The current website keeps request records until an administrator deletes them. Contact SMF if you want to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted.

Service booking

The Book service link opens our Housecall Pro booking page. Information entered there is handled through that booking service. Review its notices and terms before submitting.
